Providing in-home nursing care to senior or disabled citizens.

We provide assistance in coping with common personal care tasks, hygiene and the exercise of rights. We offer educational and activation activities, mediation of contact with the social environment, social rehabilitation.

We provide residential respite social services to clients with combined disabilities. The capacity of the facility is 18 beds and the typical length of respite services is 1 week to 3 months, during which time the caregiver can take care of his/her affairs (vacation, renovation, medical procedure).

We provide sheltered housing for the elderly and disabled over the age of 40.

The home is intended for people aged 55 and over who suffer from Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia and who reside in the South Moravian Region. The home provides long-term stays, the contract is concluded for an indefinite period of time.

Home for the elderly with a capacity of 31 persons. It is intended for seniors aged 65 and over who need regular assistance in caring for their own person and can therefore no longer live in their own home. Applicants with permanent residence in the South Moravian Region are accepted.

St. Michael's Sheltered Housing is a year-round residential social service for people over the age of 18 with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities that combines housing and support. Its mission is to create conditions for a dignified life for people with intellectual disabilities.

Home for the elderly in operation since summer 2004. Separate single and double rooms available for clients who need more intensive care. This is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A special needs home designed for persons 55 years of age and older who have Alzheimer's disease or another type of dementia. The capacity of the home is 30 beds. It is intended for applicants residing in the South Moravian Region. The building also houses a day care centre for seniors aged 65 and over and clients with dementia aged 50 and over.
