We operate sheltered housing. The accommodation provides assistance with personal and bedding laundry, ironing and cleaning. Payments for heat, hot and cold water and electricity are included in the accommodation service.

Houses with special-purpose flats are houses in which care services are provided and are intended for disabled persons and the elderly. The lease of a special-purpose flat is subject to a special regime under the relevant provisions of Sections 2300 and 2301 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

As an association, we run, among other things, a social service of sheltered housing and together we live and create for the world and for our home. We work in the candle workshop and in the surrounding landscape.

We provide residential social care services to seniors with reduced levels of self-sufficiency and seniors with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. We also focus on substance abuse. We offer help with personal hygiene, exercising rights, managing daily tasks and more.
