We provide care for the elderly on a 24-hour basis with a range of social and health services provided by qualified staff. We admit seniors whose health condition requires regular assistance, we also provide care for seniors with Alzheimer's disease.

SENIOR centrum Blansko is a contributory organization of the South Moravian Region, which since 2002 provides residential social services for the elderly, namely Home for the elderly and Home with special regime, and newly since 2024 Relief service for people from 18 years with reduced self-sufficiency.

Offering assistance to seniors or people with disabilities in managing activities of daily living. Ensure adherence to treatment regimen. We transport people to doctors, offices and other institutions. We offer help with household chores and meals.

Provision of nursing services. Lending of rehabilitation and compensation aids. Performing blood and biological material collection, chronic and acute wound dressings, and other activities. Providing training and learning how to administer insulin.

We provide residential respite social services to clients with combined disabilities. The capacity of the facility is 18 beds and the typical length of respite services is 1 week to 3 months, during which time the caregiver can take care of his/her affairs (vacation, renovation, medical procedure).

Home for the elderly with a capacity of 31 persons. It is intended for seniors aged 65 and over who need regular assistance in caring for their own person and can therefore no longer live in their own home. Applicants with permanent residence in the South Moravian Region are accepted.

Operation of a day centre for mental health support. Provision of socio-therapeutic activities and assistance in exercising rights. Conducting classes in art techniques and seated dancing.

Home for the elderly in operation since summer 2004. Separate single and double rooms available for clients who need more intensive care. This is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The facility is intended for citizens who have reached the age of eligibility for old-age pension or for citizens in full disability pension. We offer accommodation, meals, assistance in coping with the normal tasks of self-care, rehabilitation care, care by a general practitioner and a psychologist.

Seniors are offered accommodation, all-day meals, social support and care, leisure and activation activities or rehabilitation exercises. We provide a year-round, 24-hour residential service to seniors who find themselves in an unfavourable living situation due to their age and health condition.

A special needs home designed for persons 55 years of age and older who have Alzheimer's disease or another type of dementia. The capacity of the home is 30 beds. It is intended for applicants residing in the South Moravian Region. The building also houses a day care centre for seniors aged 65 and over and clients with dementia aged 50 and over.

St. Michael's Sheltered Housing is a year-round residential social service for people over the age of 18 with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities that combines housing and support. Its mission is to create conditions for a dignified life for people with intellectual disabilities.
