I accompany births as a doula. I care for women in pregnancy, childbirth and maternity. I organize antenatal preparations for childbirth and six weeks of labor. I help with breastfeeding, carrying babies in a shawl or carrier, using women's herbal infusion and the rebozo technique.

Offer individual consultations during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Also individual antenatal classes, birth plan consultation, ideas for birth, consultation at the beginning of labour, accompaniment to the chosen maternity hospital.
