The H.E.A.T. program is based on the basic human movement of walking, which is the most natural and healthy movement. It does not strain the joints and musculoskeletal system, it positively affects the heart and cardiovascular system. It effectively burns fat, increases physical fitness and strengthens the whole body.

We provide high energy aerobic training. We offer group exercise classes of 45 minutes, suitable for all training levels and ages. Each class is led by a trained instructor to music and focuses on burning fat, strengthening and increasing muscle mass
