Under the auspices of the CSSLS and accreditation of the Ministry of Education and Science, we organize basic and advanced instructor courses in skiing and snowboarding. The courses are intended for interested members of the public, hobby organizations, primary and kindergarten schools, children and youth homes or other organizations working with children and youth.

I offer yoga classes for beginners and advanced students in a comfortable yoga lounge environment. I focus on mindful movement, correct execution of postures and a gentle approach to the body. I also organize themed workshops, weekend retreats and yoga journeys. Come and relax, stretch your body and recharge your energy.

Offering yoga classes for children and adults.

Our studio specializes in conducting yoga, pilates and health exercise classes. We help you understand your body and improve the quality of your movement. With an emphasis on anatomy and physiology, we offer various programs to prevent and correct movement problems so you can feel better and pain-free.

Operation of a relaxation and exercise centre. You can take part in various types of exercise or relaxation in the form of aerobic, fitness, dance or health classes or a range of massages.

Fitness centre with a family atmosphere. We offer: Yoga, Pilates, Alpinning and many other activities. You can choose from a variety of our dynamic and health classes.
