We are a body&mind and fitness studio for women located right in the heart of downtown. We currently Workout 7 days a week simultaneously in 2 rooms and have 9 female instructors on our team. We offer an "allinone" or workout plus water plus towel service, all for one price all the time.

We provide karate, self-defense and health exercises classes. Our clients are divided into age categories. We provide individual and group lessons. We strive to develop versatility, discipline, performance, technique, precision, harmony and recovery.

We run swimming classes for children from 6 months to 10 years. Experienced instructors available. Swimming for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and school children. Sale of new and used swimming equipment. Lesson dates Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

We are one of several dozen clubs in the Czech Republic where the self-defense system of Krav Maga is taught within the Czech section of KMG. We organize regular trainings, courses, thematic seminars for our students.

In our club we focus on various roller sports such as roller and ice skating, Roller Dance and competitive figure skating. Our goal is to promote healthy lifestyles and skill development in both children and adults. Together we enjoy exercise and friendship.
