Taekwondo classes are offered. We organize preparatory and conditioning camps and training sessions. We participate in the World, European and Czech championships.

We offer group exercise: Alpinning, Jumping and Tabata.

I do Pilates. I offer strengthening, spinal stretching and help with the prevention of degenerative diseases. I organize group and individual classes. I list where and when I practice on my website under the exercise schedule tab.
