Crisis intervention is professional, short-term, and immediate psychosocial assistance. It is intended for people experiencing an acute life crisis that they are currently unable to resolve on their own. The goal is to stabilize your mental state, restore your sense of safety, and support you in taking the first steps toward a solution.

I offer preparation for six months of childbirth and breastfeeding, pregnancy swimming, lactation and carrying advice, help with choosing a carrier or a scarf, psychological support after childbirth, and regular meetings for mothers.
