I help children, teenagers, adults, parents, and couples who are dealing with relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, stress, self-harm, addiction, or burnout. I work with the Life Maps® method, and I specialize in couples counseling and family communication. I also focus on communication styles, the Tiger World® program, and the Jičín day camps.

I offer a safe space for individual and group therapy, focusing on emotions, relationships and life changes. My priority is to create a supportive environment where you can talk openly about your difficulties and goals.

We run a school of yoga, ayurveda and vedanta. We focus on the study of traditional Indian teachings, provide Ayurvedic consultations and therapies and run yoga instructor courses.
