I offer a safe space for individual and group therapy, focusing on emotions, relationships and life changes. My priority is to create a supportive environment where you can talk openly about your difficulties and goals.

We run a school of yoga, ayurveda and vedanta. We focus on the study of traditional Indian teachings, provide Ayurvedic consultations and therapies and run yoga instructor courses.
