We focus on addressing the acute crisis situation of children and young people and creating a safety net offering a multi-level social support system for victims of domestic violence.

We also focus on crisis intervention, group and individual psychotherapy, social training, occupational therapy, accompaniment to meetings at the authorities and others.

I provide psychological services, therapy and coaching. I offer mental health, personal and professional development consultations. Therapeutically, I work in a cognitive-behavioural approach that focuses on the connections between thoughts, emotions, behaviour and finding effective ways to change.

Operation of a crisis centre to help victims of domestic violence or people who find themselves in an acute crisis situation threatening life or quality of life. We offer psychotherapy. We focus on relaxation methods, work with children and more. We organize lectures for the public, schools, institutions and other organizations.
