We offer psychotherapy services, business development support, support for managers and employees. We believe that mental health enables people to live a quality and meaningful life.

I offer personal development courses. In my courses I help you to heal and strengthen the most important resources that determine not only the quality of your relationships, but of your whole life.

I provide support in challenging life situations. I work with children and adults. Appointments can be made without a GP referral.

As a psychologist I provide therapeutic services in Ústí nad Labem. I am also a forest therapist with training in Forest Mind and I do workshops for schools and companies.

We are a centre for psychotherapy and nutrition. Eating disorders are addressed by highly qualified professionals through family therapy, nutritional and exercise counseling. Parenting groups are part of the therapy. The whole project is implemented by the Health Programme funded by the EEA Grants 2014-2021.
