The purpose of our work is to support the mental health of children and adults through various types of therapies including psychotherapy. We offer psychotherapy services, business development support, support for managers and employees. We believe that mental health enables people to live a quality and meaningful life.

As a psychologist, I provide psychological counseling and therapeutic services in the Ústí nad Labem area. I offer therapy online or outdoors in nature. I also provide training for teams and the general public on mental health and stress management.

We are a centre for psychotherapy and nutrition. Eating disorders are addressed by highly qualified professionals through family therapy, nutritional and exercise counseling. Parenting groups are part of the therapy. The whole project is implemented by the Health Programme funded by the EEA Grants 2014-2021.
