We are a group of women dedicated to personal development and inspiring others. We offer online programs and retreats where we share experiences and support each other. We focus on how to live a happier and more fulfilled life.

I am a mentor, a guide for rituals, women's circles, cacao ceremonies and self-development workshops, as well as a teacher of pelvic floor work. I am particularly interested in the topic of conscious femininity, the female womb and cyclicity. Also rites of passage, around the year, working with the elements, grounding, etc.
