We breed Lacaune sheep. The sheep give us excellent quality organic milk, which we process directly on the farm from April to November. In winter we produce cow's milk.

We sell dairy products made from organic sheep's milk: mature, fresh and steamed organic sheep's cheese probiotic drinks, yoghurt, cottage cheese and desserts. We have delicious homemade pates, ready meals, soups and also dried meat.
