Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

The modern guesthouse with a wine cellar is located in the southern part of Mikulov, where you can admire the Mikulov castle or the Holy Hill from the terrace.
