We are engaged in the production and sale of fish fried in beer batter with premium fries. Our aim is to preserve the tradition of British cuisine. We serve our food in organic boxes and with wooden cutlery.

The aim of our concept is to offer guests a completely new concept of street food and drinks. Bagel pulled pork, fish and chips, chicken wings, Belgian fries and more. Our lemonades, beers on tap from small breweries, coffee from small roasters, etc.

Inspired by Winston Churchill's stay at the castle. A combination of British gastronomy and contemporary customer preferences.
