Our mission is to support the family as a unique environment for meeting the needs of the child. Through the provision of social services and other professional and social activities, we increase the share of foster family care in the system of services for children without family background.

We participate in the development of the region and influence the development documents of the region and individual towns and villages. We ensure the strengthening of the social role of the civil sector.

We advocate, promote and fulfill the interests and needs of persons with disabilities in cooperation with state and local governments. We are the main advisory body of the Government Committee for Disabled Citizens, a member of several international organizations.
