The centre provides services: professional social counselling, education and information centre and outreach programmes for individuals.

We provide volunteer placements to social care homes, hospitals or charity centres. We offer opportunities to volunteer in the charity, such as helping with one-off events.

We are committed to advocating, promoting and fulfilling the interests and needs of people with disabilities in cooperation with state and local government authorities. We are the main advisory body to the Government Committee for Disabled Citizens, a member of several international organizations.
