We run an intimate yoga studio. A place where the breath slows down, the mind calms down and the body finds balance. Classes are held in a small circle of up to 6 people to maintain calm and a personal touch. For meditation sessions, the studio is open for up to 8 people.

Yoga is not an exercise, it is a lifestyle and philosophy, a state of mind. It's not just about the postures, it's about the whole understanding of the concept of yoga.
