We run a yoga studio. We welcome everyone who is interested in working with their body, mind and spirit to our classes. We strive to make classes accessible to all. All yoga and pilates classes are run with the individual needs of our clients in mind.

We operate a gym suitable for women and men to work out the body or to firm and shape selected parts of the body. There are changing rooms with lockers and showers. The gym is also equipped with a rowing machine, stepper, trapeze, ladders, positioning bench, cycle trainer and more.

We run a yoga and holistic therapy centre.

I offer hormonal yoga therapy. It is a natural solution to problems of hormonal imbalance. It helps with premature menopause, migraine and headaches, premenstrual syndrome, loss of menstruation and ovulation, underactive thyroid and other problems.
