We offer sports and exercise classes. We provide aerobics, yoga, dance classes, pilates, ball exercises and for pregnant or rehabilitation exercises. We also do African dance, chi tonning, circuit training, body shaping or bodystyling.

A chamber yoga studio in Teplice focused on gentle and conscious work with the body, breath and mind. We offer yoga classes for beginners and advanced students in a calm and friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on individual approach. We also offer the SM system for back health and correct posture.

I am a 2nd class yoga practitioner focusing on the health aspects of yoga, a practitioner of Dinah Rodriguez Hormonal Yoga Therapy, Mohenjo Yoga for Women, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoni Yoga. I am also a postpartum doula and guide for women on their journey to self.

Relaxation centre. Currently, 10 therapy rooms offer various types of massages, craniosacral therapy, kinesiology, somatic experiencing and yoga classes, fitness exercises, meditation, experiential dance and much more.
