Hormonal yoga therapy harmonizes the levels of female hormones, helps women with problems with menstruation, pregnancy, menopause. It should be practiced preventively by women after 35 years of age. I organize regular long-term and short-term courses of hormonal yoga, of which I am a certified teacher.

We operate a yoga studio. We offer group and individual yoga courses.

Offering reflexology, diagnostics and foot massage. I offer lymphatic massage for face, neck, feet, hands and body, energy chakra massage, reiki, metamorphic technique, Access Bars and traditional massage. I am a certified teacher of Hormonal Yoga Therapy courses and lead yoga classes for beginners and women.

Relaxation centre. There is a sauna, fitness room, EMS training and two exercise rooms where yoga, aerobics and salsa classes are held.
