We operate a yoga studio. We offer group and individual yoga courses.

Hormonal yoga therapy harmonizes the levels of female hormones, helps women with problems with menstruation, pregnancy, menopause. It should be practiced preventively by women after 35 years of age. I organize regular long-term and short-term courses of hormonal yoga, of which I am a certified teacher.

Relaxation centre. There is a sauna, fitness room, EMS training and two exercise rooms where yoga, aerobics and salsa classes are held.

At our center, we focus on the prevention of health and well-being of our clients. We offer professional physiotherapy, group exercise and individual therapy. We specialize in sports physiotherapy, gynecology and podiatry to help anyone who wants to take care of their body.
