We deal with machining on CNC machine tools. We do piece and small batch production. We produce shafts, flanges, bolts, bushings, inserts, various square parts. We have two CNC lathes and a machining center, all Doosan. We are a small team.

We offer laser burning with a maximum size of 3000 x 1500 mm, bending, curving, blasting, saw cutting or welding. We also manufacture steel structures, building elements, air ducts and accessories or filters.

We are engaged in metal fabrication and metal machining.

We can offer a complete supply of precision machined parts including material supply, surface treatment, heat treatment and transport to destination.

We deal with metalworking on NC and CNC machines and machining centers. We carry out works of mechanical nature according to the documentation supplied by the customer. We perform the following technological operations on the machinery: turning, drilling, milling, threading, cylindrical grinding, assembly of groups and subassemblies.

Implementation of vulcanization of rubber on metal surfaces, including metalworking and provision of locksmith production. Offer of cuffs and dusters, silentblocks, rubberized rods, wheels and rings. Manufacture of anchor sleeves, moulds for rubber or plastic products, fabrication and refurbishment of forging inserts, weld machining.

Manufacture of electric motors for industrial drives, handling equipment and automation.

Production of precision aluminium castings in ceramic moulds using the mouldable model method. Precision aluminium casting is a modern technology that fully satisfies the increasingly demanding customer requirements for quality, speed of delivery and low cost of mass production.

We specialize in the custom manufacturing of precision-machined and metalworking parts, with the option of subsequent assembly. We offer heat treatment and surface finishes according to customer specifications, including shot blasting and painting. We provide domestic and international trucking services for loads up to 10 metric tons.
