The modern sports and relaxation complex offers activities for fans of badminton, squash and table tennis. There are two floors of a gym for strength and aerobic training and an extensive wellness area with a hot tub, saunas and a Kneipp walkway. A private sauna can also be used for undisturbed relaxation.

I offer comprehensive services as a personal fitness instructor and nutrition consultant. Based on the results of the Inbody body composition analysis and my knowledge, I will create an individual diet program and training plan just for you.
