We are a comfortable yoga studio designed for a maximum of 12 participants. We offer classes in power yoga, children's yoga, senior yoga, pregnancy yoga and yoga for a healthy back.

The yoga studio is focused on practicing different types of yoga with an individual approach. Exercise takes place in a quiet and pleasant family-type environment with a maximum capacity of 10 clients in the newly renovated studio premises. All equipment is prepared for you right in the studio.

I am a certified yoga instructor with 10 years of experience. I focus on classes for a healthy back, yoga therapy and Vinyasa yoga. I offer individual yoga lessons and yoga retreats in the Czech Republic and abroad.

We offer yoga classes led by experienced teachers, massages and a meeting space. Our studio is complete with a library of yoga literature and original mandalas.
