We run a yoga studio. Our classes are for beginners, pregnant women, parents with children and advanced students.

Yoga studio offering a space to exercise and relax under the guidance of a certified instructor. There are two exercise rooms equipped with mirrors, insulated floor, locker room, toilet, shower, exercise equipment for rent. Everything for a comfortable workout and a pleasant experience.

We offer a variety of yoga classes, workshops, women's circles, rituals, dance, lectures, talks, recitals, music spa and holistic therapies to choose from.

Yoga is not only a physical exercise, but also a philosophy, a mental balance and a path to a happier life. If you want to discover its magic, visit our classes or lessons that we organize even for the youngest children. Classes are also suitable for complete beginners. We also organize yoga retreats, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Health yoga, pelvic floor school, pilates. I deal with pelvic floor issues and related difficulties - sagging, incontinence, back pain, diastasis, loose center and other specific difficulties. Yoga in my concept is a health exercise focused on functional healthful movement.
