We run a school of yoga, ayurveda and vedanta. We focus on the study of traditional Indian teachings, provide Ayurvedic consultations and therapies and run yoga instructor courses.

We run a yoga studio. We don't just practice yoga, we live it. Flying yoga in nets, Vinyasa yoga, Hatha flow yoga, yoga for beginners, gravid yoga and functional training.
