Our main focus is on hormonal yoga for women by Dinah Rodrigues, gentle relaxation yoga, diastasis and pelvic floor exercises, yoga retreats and deeply relaxing and detoxifying Tibetan bowl massages.

I offer comprehensive antenatal classes for expectant mothers and their partners as well as consultation and advice to women during pregnancy, birth, six months and breastfeeding. We also focus on providing home visitation services during pregnancy and postpartum.
