Welcome to a shared space where work and movement come together. I offer guided yoga classes and courses, from beginner to advanced, yoga retreats, teacher training and much more, such as guided classes and courses.

In our studio we focus on yoga as a path to self-discovery and mental well-being. We offer a variety of classes for all ages from beginners to seniors. We practice therapeutic yoga, yoga for teens and open classes to promote harmony of body and mind.

We offer exercise for mothers with children from 3 months to 3 years, yoga and power yoga, pilates, restorative exercises for a healthy back, yoga for children and pregnant people. We provide weight loss classes and individual lessons.
