In the tranquil environment of our studio you can practice everything related to yoga. You can come and try yoga for a healthy back or for sedentary work, yoga routines for health, power yoga or any of the studio's events.

I am an accredited yoga and dance instructor, EFT therapy guide, baby massage instructor. I have been conducting courses for all generations for a long time in several locations in the Strakonice district and beyond. I organize self-development workshops, I make yoga aids and custom-made buckwheat pillows.

We offer yoga courses. We organize summer camps, weekend events, yoga classes with English for all ages and pregnant women.

We offer health pilates - Pilates line, power yoga, spirals, pilates machines. All with certified instructors. The modern studio space includes a mirrored room for group classes and a Pilates Reformer studio equipped with modern Reformer Pilates machines.
