We offer yoga courses. We organize summer camps, weekend events, yoga classes with English for all ages and pregnant women.

In the tranquil environment of our studio you can practice everything related to yoga. You can come and try yoga for a healthy back or for sedentary work, yoga routines for health, power yoga or any of the studio's events.

I am a certified yoga and dance instructor, an EFT therapist, and a baby massage instructor. I have been teaching classes for people of all ages for many years. I make custom yoga props and therapeutic pillows.

We offer health pilates - Pilates line, power yoga, spirals, pilates machines. All with certified instructors. The modern studio space includes a mirrored room for group classes and a Pilates Reformer studio equipped with modern Reformer Pilates machines.
