Yoga is not only a physical exercise, but also a philosophy, a mental balance and a path to a happier life. If you want to discover its magic, visit our classes or lessons that we organize even for the youngest children. Classes are also suitable for complete beginners. We also organize yoga retreats, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

We run a yoga studio. Our intention is to give you time and peace to breathe into your body, quiet your mind and let your soul speak. We believe that when we allow ourselves to step off the merry-go-round of obligations and just be, miracles begin to happen.

In our studio we focus on yoga as a path to self-discovery and mental well-being. We offer a variety of classes for all ages from beginners to seniors. We practice therapeutic yoga, yoga for teens and open classes to promote harmony of body and mind.

You can get acquainted with the yoga method named after the world-famous Indian teacher B. K. S. Iyengar (1918 - 2014) under the guidance of certitified lecturer Sylvia Barášková. You can also choose from an assortment of yoga tools, decorations or jewellery, mala and bracelets.
