In our studio we focus on yoga as a path to self-discovery and mental well-being. We offer a variety of classes for all ages from beginners to seniors. We practice therapeutic yoga, yoga for teens and open classes to promote harmony of body and mind.

You can get acquainted with the yoga method named after the world-famous Indian teacher B. K. S. Iyengar (1918 - 2014) under the guidance of certitified lecturer Sylvia Barášková. You can also choose from an assortment of yoga tools, decorations or jewellery, mala and bracelets.

A space for natural movement and mindful work with the body and breath. Movement is life. Breath is freedom. Rent the space for your event. When we allow ourselves to be divine, miracles happen.

Yoga is not only a physical exercise, but also a philosophy, a mental balance and a path to a happier life.
