We teach the Korean martial art of self-defense taekwondo itf. The main task is to pass on this martial art to all who are interested in it. We try to pass on the moral principles and ideas that the founder, General Choi Hong-hi, considered important even today.

Karate lessons for children, youth and adults. In addition to teaching self-defense, the training is also designed to develop the moral level of the individual. Karate has five guiding principles: striving for perfection of character, loyalty, faithfulness and reliability, healthy effort, consideration for others, and renunciation of violence.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We offer zumba classes. We run badminton and volleyball clubs and an all-rounders section focusing on adult and children's exercise.
