We operate an association dedicated to teaching the Korean martial art of Teakwon-Do. Taekwon-Do strengthens the mental side of a person at the same time as developing physical fitness.

Sports club offering self-defence training for beginners and advanced, karate courses for all ages.

We focus on karate and freestyle karate classes that combine elements of traditional martial arts with acrobatics accompanied by music. Traditional sport and competitive shotokan karate is an ideal sport for everyone regardless of age or gender.

We run a hockey and figure skating club. We train preparatory school, older, younger novices, pupils and pupils, and in hockey we also train pupils and juniors. We participate and organize various performances, competitions, matches and tournaments. We are constantly recruiting new, young and eager athletes who are interested in these sports.

Operation of a martial arts academy. Our classes teach karate, kickboxing, self-defense SDS (StretDefenceSystem), Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, weight training and conditioning. Private training is possible. We have been here since 1985.

Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

Taekwondo martial arts training. We teach basic movements, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.
