Tae Kwon-Do is a Korean art of self-defense whose main mission is to defend an unarmed person against a stronger or armed attacker. We hold regular training sessions in the gym.

Whether you are interested in boxing or any other sport in our range, we are here for you. Those interested can train under the supervision of an experienced coach, professional world champion in boxing organization GBF, finalist of the sportsman of the year, medalist of the Czech Championship in boxing and fitness, DANIEL VENCEL.

We manage the Central Bohemian Karate Association. We organize sports activities. We organize cups, seminars, competitions, courses and competitions in karate. We represent karate clubs that teach the traditional form of the sport, self-defence or supplementary exercises. We keep a register of referees in the Central Bohemia region.

We operate a physical education unit for children and youth focused on judo. We participate in competitions and tournaments in judo. We try to develop in the practitioners their all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children learn basic movement skills and fall technique.
