A sports club focused on practical self-defence. We train in Zlín and Otrokovice. We have courses for children 6-14 years old and for adults. We focus on elements of practical self-defense, basic preparatory gymnastic exercises and strength training.

We run a club specialising in Thai boxing. We also organize training for children, competitions and camps. Training is in the form of circuit training, where you train for time or for the number of repetitions per series.

We run a sports club focusing on rugby. We offer sports and social activities for youth and adults.

Traditional karate classes for children ages 6 - 14 and adults 15 - 55. Classes are for men and women. Recruiting new members throughout the year.

TaekwondoITF. Teaching Korean martial art of self-defense taekwondo for children youth and adults. Healthy movement, fun, sport, collective. We train at Komensky 1 school.
