Consistency is necessary to achieve your goals and I use a monthly membership to ensure this. This way everyone prepays for their workouts a month in advance and only very serious situations are excused.

Our gym is fully equipped with SPORTS ART machines. It is divided into a cardio zone, in which you will find treadmills, eclipticals, spinning bikes, movement stairs and a multifunctional structure. Another part of the gym is dedicated to exercising with weight machines and the last part to working out with dumbbells.
