Our gym is fully equipped with SPORTS ART machines. It is divided into a cardio zone, in which you will find treadmills, eclipticals, spinning bikes, movement stairs and a multifunctional structure. Another part of the gym is dedicated to exercising with weight machines and the last part to working out with dumbbells.

I offer the creation of an individual training plan according to the client's goals and condition and the setting of an appropriate dietary regime. Consistency is necessary to achieve your goals and I use a monthly membership to ensure this. This way everyone prepays for their workouts a month in advance and only very serious situations are excused.
