We run a permanent exhibition depicting the history of the village. In the museum you will find information and artifacts related to the way of life and work of our ancestors. Among the exhibited items we have documents from the 14th century, a map of the Kasperské hory Golden Trail from 1736, period photographs, postcards and more.
The chateau was built as a castle in the middle of the 13th century, the extensive Renaissance reconstruction was carried out in the 17th century by the Novohradský family from Kolovrat. The oldest preserved part of the castle is the Vlček Tower. The last major reconstruction was carried out after the extensive fire of the Upper Castle in 1857.
