Operation of a library with internet access. We also provide printing, copying, scanning, laminating.

Lending books and magazines. The library has new books from the Chrudim library's exchange lending fund as well as classic books from the original municipal library.

Providing library services. The library in Heřmanův Městec is one of the oldest in the country. Already in 1818 Puchmajer documents the organizational statutes of the local reading circle, which later became a public library. The library has two departments, one for adults and one for children.

We operate a municipal library. We have an online catalogue of books and music documents. We lend educational literature and fiction from the free selection or from the collection of German, English and French books, old and new issues of newspapers and magazines. We organize discussions for school groups.
