We operate a general four-year and eight-year high school. We organize various openings and participate in educational competitions or Olympiads. We are involved in environmental education and awareness. We organize physical activities and sports clubs at the school. There is a school canteen.

The state general high school provides four-year and eight-year studies. The secondary vocational school offers a four-year course of study in public administration. We organize sports tournaments, cycling, ski adaptation or boating courses, trips abroad, talks, excursions, seminars, open days.

The general grammar school offers both four and eight year courses. It prepares students for university and higher vocational schools. English and German are taught at the school. Russian is also available for those interested. Cultural and physical education events are also provided for students.

We run a special seven-form entry nursery school for 112 children with sensory, speech, physical and intellectual disabilities, behavioural disorders, deviant psychomotor development, combined disabilities, autism, reduced psychosocial adjustment or medical or social disadvantage.

The Úpice-Lány Primary School is a school with both 1st and 2nd grade. It is located in Palackého Street No. 793. It is attended by nearly a quarter of a thousand pupils. Since 1 January 2001, it has been a legal entity and has over thirty employees.

We focus mainly on general basic knowledge and skills that pupils will apply in the future when choosing subsequent studies at secondary and vocational schools or in employment.
