In the autumn of 2002, extensive renovation of the entire cultural facility began. A new extension with bar, amphitheatre, new toilet facilities, dressing room and showers for performers. The building is used for concerts, balls, performances, festivals, lectures, and is also used by the town's interest organizations.

The cultural house in Mikulášovice was renovated in 2015. It contains a large hall with a stage, balcony and bar at the back of the hall. Concerts and other cultural events are held here.

The multifunctional building in the city centre, designed by architect Jiří Suchomel and his team, was built between 1975 and 1990. In addition to the main hall and foyer, the building houses a cinema, restaurant, gallery and jazz club.
