The Healthy Movement Centre offers fitness services, specifically in two halls where clients can choose from a variety of fitness, dance, weight loss and other classes.

Sales of NW sticks, kidney paddles and other NW equipment. We organize individual, group and corporate lessons in Brno, the surrounding area and where you live. We offer regular Nordic Walking courses, weekend Nordic Walking trips and accredited courses for NW instructors.

Pilates studio for Pilates standing exercises (REFORMER, cadilac, wunda chair, arc barrel) and mat. We offer movement in a pleasant, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our clients appreciate the individual attention they receive with us.

We offer Nordic Walking lessons that will teach you the unique technique of walking with poles and improve your fitness. We combine movement with discovering the beauty of nature, strengthening arms and improving coordination.
