We offer fitness trainer services. A form of proper and healthy fitness under the constant supervision of professional trainers with elements of physiotherapy. Post-injury conditions, emphasis on injury prevention in sports or leisure activities is the optimal complement for your training.

We operate a fitness center. We offer yoga, pilates, circuit training, kick boxing, gravity system, cardio zone, latino party mix, personal training, resistance training or exercise for seniors.

Operation of the fitness centre. There is a bodybuilding zone, cross zone, fight zone, powerlifting zone.

The primary goal of the Academy is to advance strength and conditioning training at the level of Czech sports clubs, individual athletes, and amateur athletes. The long-term goal is to create a new system of training that strives for all-round sports readiness.
