Our notary office provides comprehensive services in all areas of notary activity. INCLUDING: incorporation of business corporations, general meetings, changes in business corporations, company conversions, pledge agreements, transfers of property, notarial deeds with permission to execute and wills.

I provide law firm services in the areas of housing, commercial and competition law. I also deal with commercial companies, cooperatives, as well as enforcement of judgments and foreclosures.

We are also available during office hours in Humpolec. Inheritance proceedings take place only at our headquarters in Pelhřimov. The notary generally performs his/her activities in the notary's office and during the official days also at the place of their holding. The notary has chosen the town of Humpolec as the venue for the official days.
