Craniosacral Biodynamics, through the use of touch and hand pressure, along with other relaxing manual techniques, calms the nervous system, supporting the innate healing and self-regulatory mechanisms of the human body. The deep calming of the body has a beneficial effect on the restoration of physical and mental health.
