I help people to heal relationships at home, family and work through open conversation, working with emotions and intuition. Counselling is not therapy, but a safe space for inner awareness and growth. I focus on topics such as the inner family, the spiritual journey and connecting with nature. I work in person and online.

Craniosacral osteopathy is a gentle manual therapy based on deeply listening to your tissues. For the client, this process is very pleasant—it liberates and releases life force, revitalizes its flow and rhythm, and thereby triggers the body’s self-healing as a whole.
