I offer healing of the mind and body using the access bar method, craniosacral techniques and shinrin yoku (forest bath). These are very gentle and relaxing techniques.

I offer massages with a duration of 30 min. to 2 hours. You can choose from classic back and neck massage, manual lymphatic massage and other massages, which you can also order online, if you do not choose the day, hour of your chosen massage, call me or write an email. I offer massages to your home.
