We operate a fitness center. We have Power Plate, Imoove and Vacu Shape. We offer circuit training, exercise for seniors and nutritional advice.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run badminton, volleyball, table tennis, athletics and gymnastics clubs. We also organise an all-rounders section focusing on aerobics, health and fitness exercises. We organize cultural and social events.
