Our classes include pilates, power yoga, bosu, body shaping, step and dance aerobics, circuit and interval training, kids zumba, cheerleading and more. We provide nutritional counseling and individual consultations, workout and diet programs. Exercise classes for moms with children 18 months and older.

We operate a physical education unity. We run football, ice hockey, volleyball, netball and table tennis teams. We have hiking, darts and power-lifting clubs.
